About the role

We’re seeking a dynamic, organized part-time UX Copywriter. You’ll craft user-focused copy that guides users to complete desired actions, enhancing their experience and aligning with our brand voice. If you excel in creating engaging content, and understand brand messaging, tone of voice, and the product design process, we want to hear from you. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our copy supports business goals and resonates with our audience.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a UX Copywriter or similar role.
  • Experience with product positioning and promotional texts and describing the product value proposition in an engaging and catchy manner. 
  • Experience in storytelling on Apps and features onboardings, and banners that should lead to increased conversions.
  • Proven experience in writing the following types of copies:
  • Microcopy
  • Content for a chatbot
  • Product or in-product copy
  • Interface copy
  • UI content
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines: ability to respond quickly to requests (during the day) and set and meet deadlines; ability to manage requests from many stakeholders. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Experience working with healthcare or wellness products will be a plus.

What you will do:

  • Craft copy with a focus on user experience (UX) to guide users in completing desired actions.
  • Understand and integrate brand messaging and tone of voice into all copy.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, designers, and our medical team to ensure effective and cohesive digital experiences.
  • Draw insights from mob app performance data and user testing to inform and optimize UX copy.
  • Align copy with the product design process for a seamless user experience.
