For this role: You will be working alongside a team of other accomplished developers, delivering complex data-driven projects across a variety of products to bring value together to our partner who has a 40% market share of retail travel worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a wide range of documentation, including user guides, training materials, business process flows, marketing materials, and diagrams for our custom applications
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to gather information and create clear, concise, and user-friendly content
- Engaging in every step of the development life cycle, from collecting requirements and communicating to users, to designing products materials
- Interacting with other team members to develop technical specifications, including documentation to support production code
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a technical writer, creating user guides, training materials, and marketing content
- Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in using documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and diagramming software (e.g., Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with software development processes and terminology
