Job Overview:

We are searching for a talented and experienced Sr. Marketing Strategist to join our team. This is a customer facing role and will play a crucial part in defining and driving end-end digital transformation in client organizations by scoping and shaping strategy, business goals, marketing innovation, programs and deliverables.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic marketing solution/direction and leadership across technologies & programs, including: Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Mapping, Web Experience Management, Content Management, Data Management, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics, Personalization, Testing and Optimization, Media Buying, Marketing Automation, CRM, Omni-channel Delivery & Execution
  • Help set vision, strategy, and plans (including budgetary) for enterprise clients
  • Work in multi-disciplinary agile delivery cells to iterate from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to optimized solution
  • Lead and be the focal point around which client engagements are constructed, working collaboratively as a proactive trusted partner for senior clients and work stream owner for Tahzoo
  • Collaborate with all relevant teams (including Sales, Operations, Labs, Studios, etc.) to support pitches to clients
  • Identify business opportunities and innovative solutions
  • Develop and position Tahzoo and yourself as thought leaders in the marketing & martech space
  • Ability to work with ambiguous client issues; including the experience to structure and solve for complex issues leveraging strategic consulting methods within the context of customer experience and digital transformation projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing strategy within an agency environment
  • Established history of effectively managing accounts, ideally within the B2C sector
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms



Salary Range: $90-125k

Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
