The Pack Labs is seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Manager to spearhead our online presence and digital marketing efforts. As the driving force behind our brand visibility strategy, you’ll lead social media campaigns and initiatives, leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to engage our audience and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Daily management of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Create high-level, compelling content tailored to our target audience and brand voice, utilizing proficiency in content creation tools such as Cap Cut, iMovie, and Canva.
Understand marketing angles and leverage them effectively to maximize audience engagement and drive business objectives.
Utilize basic DSLR camera knowledge to capture high-quality visuals and videos for social media content.
Be comfortable being on camera and possess acting skills to create engaging video content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and synergy.
Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs, deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, technologies, and best practices, continually optimizing performance and driving continuous improvement.
Cultivate and foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Cap Cut, iMovie, and Canva.
Basic DSLR camera knowledge.
Comfortable being on camera with strong acting skills.
Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
