Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Leverage your experience across the full-stack to develop, scale, and refine our EHR platform.
- Attention to Detail and Standards: Maintain high-quality, well-structured code adhering to established standards for maintainability and readability.
- Code Review and Collaboration: Engage in constructive code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve code quality.
- Testing: Write comprehensive automated tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions.
- Limited Customer Support: Occasionally interface with customers, offering respectful, warm, and patient technical support as needed.
Collaboration & Flexibility:
- Work closely with our tight-knit team, contributing across disciplines as needed.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, embodying our values and mission.
- Adapt to rapid changes with flexibility, helping to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (or similar backend frameworks).
- Experience with Ember.js (or similar frontend frameworks).
- Strong understanding of relational databases (we use PostgreSQL).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We value and reward the unique skills and expertise each team member brings.
