About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with a player-coach mentality. This role requires someone with proven success in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise healthcare clients, particularly finance executives, operations executives, and workforce performance improvement teams. Your ability to close deals and support our sales team’s growth will be key to our scaling efforts.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding key deals with existing accounts. You will leverage your experience in selling SaaS solutions to healthcare enterprises and your ability to connect with finance executives, operations leaders, and performance improvement teams to drive new business. Your success will be measured by the new revenue you generate and your ability to support the scaling of our sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Execution ("Player"):
- Manage and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for new and existing enterprise healthcare clients.
- Develop strategies to reach and engage finance executives, operations leaders, and workforce performance improvement teams within healthcare organizations.
- Own a quota for new business and expansion revenue.
- Build, maintain, and manage an accurate sales pipeline and ensure our sales CRM is up-to-date and accurate.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with the financial, operational, and performance goals of your clients.
- Present product demos and effectively pitch the value of our SaaS solution to senior-level stakeholders.
- Sales Leadership ("Coach"):
- Provide hands-on mentorship to junior sales executives, helping them improve their performance and hit their quotas.
- With growth, assist in building out a scalable sales team structure, providing input on hiring, training, and strategy development.
- Support the Chief Growth Officer in refining and executing the go-to-market strategy for healthcare enterprises, with a focus on financial and operational leadership.
- Act as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing to ensure alignment and shared success.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- 5+ years of proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with at least 3 years focused on the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals, including selling to finance executives, operations executives, and workforce performance improvement teams.
- Deep understanding of the financial, operational, and workforce challenges faced by healthcare organizations, and how SaaS solutions can address those challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a "player/coach" role, capable of both closing deals and mentoring a sales team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting and managing a distributed sales team.
