Senior SaaS Account Executive (*Remote)


DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for growing their book of business by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to Key Accounts. They also act as intermediaries between other departments within an organization to ensure the success of their clients. Key Account Directors execute with autonomy and influence the execution of others by thinking holistically about the industry and Shipium’s strategic direction. Come and join an exciting & supportive work environment at a rapidly scaling startup! 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

-Own the end-to-end sales cycle for F100 companies, and those companies assigned as “Key Accounts” – closing new logos, ensuring a healthy launch, and driving expansion revenue post-sale in partnership with our Customer Success team.

-Demonstrate high proficiency in establishing and growing senior-level (C-suite, VP & Director) customer relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, closing deals, and growing business with F100 companies and Shipium “Key Accounts.”

-Own and manage pipeline execution across all stages, from sourcing through launch.

-Manage internal stakeholders and include appropriate teams such as Solutions Engineering, Implementation, and Legal throughout the sales cycle.

-Become a trusted advisor within the fulfillment and e-commerce industry, being able to identify business needs to offer the appropriate Shipium solutions through delivering effective product demos and sales pitches. 

-Lead customer-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs) alongside the Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth and customer retention.


EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree, and/or 8+ years related experience in consultative/complex/solutions selling environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

E-commerce, SaaS and Enterprise sales experience is a must


$150,000 - $160,000 a year

Base salary $150k to $160k and OTEs to be discussed on the interview
