We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the planning, execution and delivery of products that enables FlavorCloud to drive the Data Analytics, AI and Business Intelligence roadmap for FlavorCloud You should be comfortable working with many different internal and external teams and have the ability to break down and solve complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and be comfortable working with in a fast-paced high-growth environment 


Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy within our data, AI & ML domains that aligns with the company’s goals and emerging market trends, informed by data-driven insights, customer discovery and feedback.

Data-driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and guide product development, ensuring that data-driven insights lead the decision-making process for the business.

OKR Management: Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that are data-driven and measurable to assess the success of your data, AI & ML product initiatives against the product strategy.

Roadmap Development: Create, maintain, and socialize a data, AI & ML product roadmap that outlines feature prioritization, release schedules, technical requirements, and dependencies across teams or initiatives.

Feature Specification: Define detailed feature specifications, including epics and user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria, that can be understood and executed by cross-functional teams across finance, sales, partnerships, customer experience and marketing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between different departments to deliver successful product outcomes.

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and create buy-in for product initiatives by ensuring alignment with business goals and needs.

Stakeholder Communication: Share concepts, roadmaps and progress updates with internal teams, executives, and other stakeholders, using data to drive transparency and understanding.

User Experience: Utilize data-driven user feedback and analytics to ensure an exceptional user experience, optimizing data, AI & ML features and functionality based on user behavior and objectives.

Security & Compliance: Maintain a security-first mindset in the product development process, ensuring robust safeguards, data protection, and compliance with global trade legislation and standards.

Market Analysis: Perform research to stay informed about data, AI & ML industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, using these insights to keep our products competitive.


  • 5+ years experience in product management roles at a SaaS company; ideally in the International logistics or ecommerce enablement space.
  • Demonstrated experience with data, artificial intelligence (AI) & machine learning (ML) products
  • Proven success in delivering products to market, from concept to launch
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights
  • Build, measure, learn approach to product development
  • Business acumen, with the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals and financial objectives
  • Problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization, as well as customers and partners
  • Technical aptitude and attention to detail, but also capable of seeing the bigger picture
  • A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience shipping products in a fast-moving environment with a high level of ambiguity.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams in remote environments
  • Self-starter and quick learner.
  • A passion for speed and quality Execution focus - do what it takes to keep the team moving in the right direction
  • Strong technical background combined with ability to define and build products with a laser focus on the customer experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Data Analysis frameworks and tools is a MUST.
  • Working knowledge of International Shipping, Logistics and Trade compliance is a plus.
  • Experience at a start-up or small/mid-sized company is a huge plus
