million collectibles sold to date. Founded in 2018, VeVe was created by collectors for
collectors, to bring premium licensed digital collectibles to the mass market from leading
brands including Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Back to the Future and more.
We are on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our team. You’ll be experienced in
utilizing design thinking to understand user needs, can solve complex problems, and be
able to deliver considered product solutions. If you’re passionate about all aspects of
product design from discovery through to delivery, and love working as part of a team, this
is the role for you!
With a newly formed Design team in place we’re building strong foundations that support
VeVe’s strategic objectives by hiring great people and empowering them to be at their best.

What you’ll be doing:
Product domain:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Implement good product design practices, including eliciting user and business
- requirements, analyzing business and user problems and goals, and development of
- lean strategies to validate ideas
- Plan and conduct user research strategies to enable evidence-based decision
- making, and help teams understand user needs and expectations
- Contribute to strategy, vision, and roadmaps for your product domain
- Contribute to the delivery of key metrics owned by your product domain
- Lead or contribute to domain-specific discussions
- Facilitate collaboration, understanding, and ideation for your product domain
- Understand business constraints and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to them within
- your approach
Design practice:
- Contribute to a diverse and high-performing Design team culture by participating in team meetings, conversations, workshops, and collaboration sessions
- Ensure alignment and adoption of design best practices and facilitate healthy discussions when appropriate to ensure cross-team alignment
- Be an advocate for the Product and Organizational visions and work with the design team to align our approach across product domains
- Contribute to Design practice goals through participation within projects and initiatives such as the Design System
- Maintain transparency within work through documentation, sharing, and discussion
Skills and expertise:
- Prior experience in building and launching innovative products and features
- A data-informed and analytical thinking approach to make product decisions
- Outcome oriented, understanding the importance of intentional design
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while demonstrating strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly express thoughts, intentions, and directions
- Adaptability and meticulousness in preparing and communicating product designs to the engineering team, overseeing execution and implementation
- Experience with the application of game theory to deliver engaging product experiences
- Experience in the collectible/NFT industry is desirable, but not necessary
