  • Guide the production of internal and externally-produced pieces, from shorts to documentary-style clips, recipe creation, still photography, etc.
  • Help identify compelling story ideas and filter what should/shouldn’t be produced as a video segment vs. graphic design, infographics, still photos, or other content formats.
  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Product and Marketing to execute a range of projects.
  • Manage resources and project timelines
  • Help develop operational and production processes enabling a more streamlined approach to quarter-over-quarter requests from stakeholders
  • Help the Head of Content and Creative Director with resourcing and prioritisation of incoming requests

This role will be a great fit if...

  • 7+ years of working experience, at agencies and ideally some time spent at digital product/service companies
  • Video production experience for a digital media agency, production house, or in-house creative, including working with contractors and agencies, organising shoots, preparing scripts, and supervising post-production.
  • Possesses a strong combination of creativity and attention to detail focusing on what and how to translate/interpret an idea to completed video and final deliverables..
  • Highly skilled at planning, budgeting, and vendor negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects with the ability to anticipate and problem-solve potential hurdles.
  • Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals and stakeholders
  • Visually stunning work, leading rather than following trends
  • Agency experience—fast-paced, handling multiple projects for multiple clients at once
  • Solid understanding of working with success metrics
  • Actively engaged with what’s happening in the world of arts & culture
