The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Manager in all phases of the client implementation process from sale to delivery. This role is instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and from implementation to relationship management. This role is a pivotal, ensuring smooth handoff from sales to implementations and implementations to relationship management. Foundational to the role is the ability to deliver high-quality implementation experiences for multiple clients within the specified timeline and defined scope.

Responsibilities:
- Align with the company’s culture, mission, and quarterly objectives. Meet quarterly goals and embody the company’s core values.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the Implementation Specialists team.
- Configure administrative systems based on the information provided in the implementation intake documentation.
- Gather necessary data and information for plan set up from clients and broker contacts.
- Utilize project management best practices to track timelines and tasks accurately throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with clients during the implementation process, conduct kickoff calls, and provide regular progress updates to ensure a smooth transition to the Relationship Manager.
- Document client-specific information and processes to ensure knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and present recommendations to the Manager of Implementations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and update as needed.
- Undertake special projects during off-cycle implementation periods.
- Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned by the Manager of Implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Implementations or a related role within a Third-Party Administration or Healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of the benefits industry, particularly pre-tax benefits and COBRA.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts.
- Proactive in finding solutions before escalating issues.

Salary
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
