The Opportunity

TNT Growth provides the best value to our clients by pushing the needle on discovering cutting edge tactics and continuously updating our best practices. The Senior Growth Manager will be at the forefront of this creativity as they work on increasing leads and customers for client accounts.

As the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue via channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Scale leads and customers for client accounts.
  • Build out playbooks and systems for future employees to follow.
  • Eventually build and lead a team of marketing managers, data analysts, and more.


What You’ll Do

  • Ultimately owns and is responsible for all client deliverables, campaign performance, reporting and client relationship.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans and recommendations across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and any other Paid channel.
  • Consistently monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure we reach clients’ monthly goals.
  • Measure and report your progress. Identify patterns and trends in datasets and make adjustments to improve performance.
  • Collaborate and integrate with Growth Manager, Analytics, Creative, CRO, and Business Development teams.
  • Determine budget, flighting and allocations based on strategies and performance.
  • Set up ad tracking, establish creative/assets requirements and implement Q/A process.
  • Manage the day to day relationship and communication with the platforms, partners, and publishers on each account.
  • Participate in regular client calls and meetings.
  • Present monthly reporting and insights to clients.
  • Create and present QBR’s, wrap up reports, seasonal and yearly plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing Marketing landscape.
  • Coordinate with Accounting on monthly reconciliation and billing.

What Makes You Awesome

  • 5+ years of paid ad experience, ideally in both an agency and in-house setting.
  • Expertise of the consumer journey, e-commerce, direct response as well as brand building and awareness.
  • Strong holistic knowledge of all digital media channels, platforms, technologies and innovations.
  • You have fluency with how different metrics impact one another.
  • You have a background in finance, marketing, analytics, engineering, economics, or an adjacent field.
  • Strong analytical focus with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Curious, always looking to optimize towards the most effective approach.
  • You have a growth and data-driven mindset (testing, measuring, iterating).
  • Superior time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple direct reports, projects and ongoing operational tasks, while effectively managing changing internal and client-facing priorities.
  • You have impeccable organization, creative ideas, and proven execution.
  • You can consider, play out, and weigh alternative scenarios based on strategic objectives.
  • Makes novel and innovative contributions to refine and improve channel on-boarding & launch processes based on new platforms and media/market trends, executions, ideologies, etc.
  • Fosters a positive work environment and turns negative vibes into positive vibes.
  • Excellent presentation building, writing and client communication skills.
