We are seeking an experienced copywriter who loves creating engaging content that drives action and inspires our client’s target audiences.

As a senior copywriter, you’ll be a key member of our creative team, helping to produce long and short-form content and everything in between for our clients. This role will be an innovative and collaborative content developer - knowing our client’s brands, strategies and objectives and bringing them to life through written content and messaging. You’ll work closely with various members of the design and management team to assist in creating a variety of go-to-market assets. You’ll be responsible for knowing our clients’ businesses and brands inside and out and leading the charge for all things copy and content - ensuring all deliverables align with those brands and objectives. You know when to take things seriously, but also know when to use creative writing to convey the message in fun and innovative ways. You have an eye for detail and can execute down to the most minor copywriting task. Your words tell unique and compelling stories that help differentiate our clients from their competition. You also work in a variety of formats, from digital experiences to more traditional formats. We don’t want people to stay in their lane, we want them to lead, grow, and speak up. And have fun while they do it.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, high-quality and scalable content, including but not limited to: headlines, short-form digital copy, website copy, social media posts, scripts and print ads.

• Concept and collaborate on campaign ideas and cross-platform tactics with a multi-disciplinary team while working on multiple projects; manage and prioritize within timelines for project milestones.

• Analyze problems, anticipate consequences, and eliminate obstacles to successfully complete projects.

• Have a solid understanding of our clients’ brand, business goals, and project objectives and proactive shaping copy strategies that solve these challenges.

• Implement a combination of strategic and conceptual written content to deliver persuasive stories and copy for our clients and their audience.

• Deliver impressive presentations. You’ll be the greatest advocate for our work, but you’ll also listen and internalize feedback so that we can come back with creativity that exceeds expectations.

• Keep up with current trends and technological advances that can raise the level of our creative work.

• Manage the creative process; keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing every piece of written work.

• Be an active part of the company’s culture, consistently bringing fresh ideas to your team even when not attached to a client brief.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience crafting high-quality written content.

• Strong background in campaign concepting, either at an agency or in-house at a brand. 

• An impressive online portfolio of work demonstrating your writing expertise.

• A curious, creative mind is a must. This means you must have opinions and ideas, along with a voice, to express them properly and within the context of a brief.

• Strong copy editing and proofing skills. Attention to small details in both copy decks and designs.

• A nerd-level command of spelling and grammar.

• Experience developing successful concepts while working in collaborative multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to write for various social media platforms.

• General knowledge of SEO and SEO tools is a plus.

• Writing knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is a huge plus.

Location

We are based in Orlando, FL. This position is fully remote.

Salary

$47,000 - $55,000 per year
