As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple channels. Your expertise in D2C brands, combined with your strategic mindset, will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and achieving our business objectives.


  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and target audience.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets and marketing materials, working with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and support their efforts with effective brand collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in D2C brands, consumer goods, and marketing strategies.


  • University degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • 8-10 years of experience in all function in brand management (Media, PR, Brand, Social Media, Digital)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and consumer insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment, managing time and tasks effectively.
