About the Role


The Revenue Strategy & Operations team at Veho is responsible for the strategy and operations for our go-to-market functions (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Marketing). We are looking for someone to work closely with the head of the team on everything from leading strategic initiatives accelerating growth for the company to standing up and managing day-to-day processes. Over time, this role will serve as a business partner to a subset of the functions listed above.


What You Will Do

    • Partner closely with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Marketing leaders and their teams, to monitor, report on/forecast and recommend actions on the sales funnel from lead through to win
    • Contribute to building company revenue plan and associated financial targets/quotas for all GTM teams, partnering closely with Strategy, Finance and GTM leadership
    • Design, build and manage a variety of revenue-related KPI and productivity analyses for ongoing and one-off reporting needs
    • Support client-facing team members on analyzing client data and developing pricing for proposals
    • Partner with the head of the team to optimally distribute territory and deploy sales personnel, making recommendations for sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity
    • Partner with the head of the team to own the tech stack of the Revenue org, including educating the team on proper usage and enhancements to the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Partner with GTM management to execute day-to-day processes (e.g., managing territories,  ROE enforcement, team meeting administration, etc) and identify problems/opportunities, recommend/take corrective action and communicate changes throughout the organization

Basic Qualifications

    • 1 year of experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy or revenue/sales/business operations
    • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy or revenue/sales/business operations
    • Data driven with strong analytical capabilities such as spreadsheet modeling
    • Previous experience with SQL
    • Effective communicator in verbal and written form to executives and broad set of stakeholders
    • Highly organized and attentive to detail
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/initiatives at once and adjust on the fly
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy providing structure to solve problems
    • Experience improving internal processes, resulting in measurable impact
    • Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote environment
    • Experience in high growth tech company

$90,900 - $120,000 a year

The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
