We work hard every day to make our customers’ lives less stressful by providing reliable, technology-enabled, customer service-driven, wholesale yearbook publishing services, while maintaining a flexible, fun culture for our team.
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who is great at identifying opportunities for improvement and creating new processes to address them. Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed and gets excited about learning new skills. The successful candidate will play an integral role in process improvement and implementing best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monthly financial statements, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Annual budget
- Monthly forecast
- Accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections
- Accounts payable
- Manufacturing cost analysis
- Shipping cost analysis
- Multi state sales tax reporting
- 1099 preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong judgement and decision making ability
- Able to adapt to a changing work environment
- Experience with Airtable a plus
- CPA or CPA candidate required

Salary
$75,000 - $90,000 per year
