Crush & Lovely is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. You’ll be working on impactful, strategic technology projects for exciting clients across a variety of industries. This is a remote work position with the expectation of availability between 10am-6pm ET.

As an Account Manager at Crush & Lovely, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Your Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and feedback, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present proposals to clients.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management.
  • Develop account plans outlining growth strategies and action plans.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their future needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to clients.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to clients on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

Who we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in an account manager or client focused role, preferably with the digital agency space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and relevant tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
