Introduction

Crush & Lovely is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. You’ll be working on impactful, strategic technology projects for exciting clients across a variety of industries. This is a remote work position with the expectation of availability between 10am-6pm ET.

As an Account Manager at Crush & Lovely, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Your Role

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Proactively anticipate client needs and feedback, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present proposals to clients.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management.
Develop account plans outlining growth strategies and action plans.
Work closely with clients to understand their future needs and align our solutions accordingly.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to clients.
Provide clear and timely updates to clients on project timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Work with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future challenges.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

Who we’re looking for

7+ years of experience in an account manager or client focused role, preferably with the digital agency space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Passion for understanding and meeting client needs.
Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in CRM software and relevant tools.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
