As a Scrum Master, you will support a Delivery Owner as they work to manage multiple clients across a number of industries working to take on and break down complex cloud initiatives into actionable components. Your ability to maintain and manage client engagement alongside the Delivery Owner is crucial to understand the clients’ needs, help to design solutions, and then support carrying the project through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client engagement and management
- Identify and gain agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources
- Help with the management of planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Oversee day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards client/project goals
- Assist with project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects
- Escalate and resolve issues that serve as blockers or place objectives at risk
- Aid in the mentoring of engineers through metrics and continued professional growth development
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leading Agile life cycle project experience
- Jira experience required
- Cloud infrastructure or software development industry experience
- Associate level Scrum Certification (i.e. Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner)
- Top notch organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
