Associate Engineers are typically entry level with less than three years of work experience or new college graduate. This person is a good communicator and a person who can manage well when the client is in a pickle and really needs guidance, including escalation. This person should be prompt and/or know the importance of communicating to clients. Most importantly, this person should be eager to learn while following prescribed procedures.

Because we work with a diverse set of customers and skill levels, an appreciation for human factors and client service is critical. People skills are critical to success at Chuco, regardless of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

●       2-4 years work experience in a technical support capacity with a focus on customer service responsibilities.

●       Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technology; familiar with enterprise security or operations experience a plus.

●       Experience required with Windows desktop operating systems

●       Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity

●       Experience with Terminal Services

●       Experience with multi user technology environments (Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, virtual desktop infrastructure)

●       Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network

●       Working Knowledge of Wireless Technologies 

Salary

$75,000 - $80,000 per year
