About the role

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, attend meetings to understand new features thoroughly.
• Review, manage, and update product documentation continuously.
• Perform regression tests to ensure new features do not introduce new issues.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues.
• Use creative and critical thinking to simulate real-world scenarios and user interactions.
• Incorporate user feedback into exploratory testing, addressing reported issues promptly.
• Identify and report defects, providing detailed information for effective problem resolution.
• Monitor and communicate the status of reported issues throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product quality assurance concerns.

What qualifies you for this role?

• Prior SaaS product QA testing experience.
• Background in scripting or coding, even if not at a developer level.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
• Scalable Test Framework Development Experience.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with security testing practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
