About the Role!

Codelitt is on the lookout for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. Our current project, a groundbreaking software for clinics, is in an exciting phase of development. This innovative platform facilitates remote psychological treatments for patients, enabling them to connect with clinicians for one-on-one appointments, group sessions, or urgent crisis calls, all through a tablet-based application.

Commitment is 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling but required attendance at stand-up meetings and demo calls. This role is an opportunity to contribute significantly to mental health services in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure work is carried out according to expectations & acceptance criteria
  • Thoroughly review and test of software
  • Coordinate feedback from everyone that is testing the product
  • Ensure feedback and trends are added to the backlog
  • Ensure quality is being delivered at all times
  • Adhere to industry best practices, especially as they relate to lean and agile methods
  • Engage users to test across all stages of product development
  • Understand client (more importantly the client’s users) needs
  • Help clients with demos, reports, and any other material that helps them communicate progress and wins internally
  • Manage user support tickets


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in tech, management or related experience
  • Hands-on experience in QA (2 years of experience)
  • Jira and/or Asana knowledge
  • Developer background is a plus
  • Mobile QA is a plus
  • Excels in process, planning, and time management
  • Ability to present/communicate solutions
  • Fluent in English
