In this role, you will work closely with our product development and sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging and positioning for our AI products, understanding customer needs, and translating them into effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmap and pricing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, case studies, and product guides
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and training materials
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop solution messaging and positioning informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
  • Build relationships with industry analysts to ensure they understand our unique position in the marketplace
  • Become a subject matter expert on our competitors and drive respective enablement through battle cards
  • Understand our customer journeys, quantitatively measure the effectiveness of our marketing and sales programs in driving the outcomes we want to see, and analyze customer data to identify new trends and emerging patterns
  • Create and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal and external teams, developing audience segments, messaging, and measuring results


  • Proven track record in product marketing within the computer software industry
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in the business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into simple and compelling messages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM and analytics software (eg. Hubspot)
  • Prior experience in Data, Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry
