We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in propelling MDO’s growth in the hospitality SaaS space. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and customer success. Your expertise will be instrumental in conveying the value and impact of our offerings to hospitality professionals, ensuring that they fully realize the potential of data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of MDO’s products and their unique value propositions. Create compelling and differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences, clearly articulating the benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to devise effective go-to-market plans for new products and features. Craft launch plans, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies that maximize impact.
  • Define and refine customer personas to better tailor marketing efforts. Understand customer pain points, challenges, and aspirations to align messaging and campaigns effectively.
  • Develop engaging and informative content, including product collateral, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across various touchpoints.
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate product value and benefits. Develop sales enablement materials that empower the team to drive successful customer interactions.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Leverage a mix of digital marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to generate leads and foster customer engagement.
  • Cultivate customer success stories and testimonials to demonstrate the real-world impact of our solutions. Work closely with customer success and sales teams to identify and showcase success stories.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and customer engagement.
  • Profound understanding of the hospitality sector, including its challenges, trends, and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms for content creation, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
