Role Summary

Renew Home is looking for a Product Manager to support the Growth & Enrollment team in the Consumer vertical as we seek to grow the largest Virtual Power Plant in North America. This Product Manager will support the Principal Product Manager in defining, building out, and executing on Product deliverables in service of enrolling users into Renew Home’s brand new platform.

This role will report to the Principal Product Manager of the Growth & Enrollment team.


What You Will Do

  • You will be embedded directly on the Growth & Enrollment team, driving enrollment conversion with our most important Partners.
  • Identify opportunities, build processes, and drive efforts from beginning to end.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, and other cross-functional partners to mold your roadmap, achieving the best balance between business outcomes, feasibility, customer impact, and system scale.
  • Translate learnings from previously-launched efforts into actionable future projects and opportunities.
  • Be part of a scaling organization with exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Product Management/related experience.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clearly communicated goals, strategies, and opportunities.
  • Experience contributing to consumer product discovery, roadmapping, and execution.
  • Ability to dig into the nitty-gritty: the details matter immensely in the space, and it is your job to become an expert in the product we own.
  • Desire to be part of a fast-moving culture with ambitious goals.
  • Bonuses:
  • Experience with the intersection of consumer hardware and software services.
  • Experience with mobile products, technical systems, and/or software engineering.
  • Experience driving action with Push, Email, SMS, embedded calls-to-action, et al.
