Product Manager, Enterprise Adoption
The Product Manager, Enterprise Adoption will take a foundational role in improving Dinova’s service approach and product offering. The primary responsibility of this role is to increase the adoption of Dinova product and service offerings for our current enterprise clients. With the guidance of the VP of Product and Marketing, you will work closely with the enterprise account managers, the Dinova Marketing and Developments teams, and Dinova enterprise clients to design, test, and iterate a scalable enterprise adoption approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & User Empathy: Identify and understand customer and user needs and pain points, designing experiments to improve activation and enhance the overall customer and user experience. Use large amounts of quantitative transactional data and qualitative user interviews to build user personas that drive product and marketing decisions.
- Execute Enterprise Adoption Tactics: Identify, prioritize, and execute adoption opportunities for key enterprise verticals, diner segments, and business dining types.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to cocreate and execute the product roadmap that will increase enterprise adoption, working closely across the organization to align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills: Continuously measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise adoption initiatives. Use quantitative and qualitative methods to distill insights that inform optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings and progress updates to stakeholders, including executives and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required
- Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
- Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while balancing scope and timing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverable
Pay Range: $95,000 - $140,000 per year
