Responsibilities
- Understand stakeholder, customer, and member needs to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop a 12-month product roadmap that meets customer needs and business objectives.
- As a product owner, create Epics and User Stories, prioritize the backlog, work with Engineering to complete and approve results.
- Define test scenarios for products, and work closely with QA processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal and external development teams and field operations at Wider Circle to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with data-intensive or technical products within an Agile development environment
- Desired: Experience in the healthcare field or similar work building communities.
- Desired: Experience working with or building products for the Salesforce application.
- Desired: Experience developing and launching successful mobile applications.
- Desired: Experience working with UX designers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working nimbly in a fast-paced environment
