We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at k-ID. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of technology and user needs, able to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends

Product Development:

Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements and use cases
Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog

Product Launch and Marketing:

Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing collateral
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement resources

Product Performance Tracking and Improvement:

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Work closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback and prioritize product enhancements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
5 years of experience in product management in tech industry
Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with agile development methodologies
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Basic understanding of UX principles and software development processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
7+ years of product management experience
Experience in the specific domain of our company (e.g., Gaming)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Experience with product strategy and roadmap development
Strong technical background or ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
Experience with market research and competitive analysis
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Track record of mentoring junior product managers
Public speaking or thought leadership in product management
