We are seeking a passionate, collaborative and customer-focused Product Manager. The Product Manager contributes to the success of the team by managing the overall product lifecycle: conducting market research and testing, defining requirements, collaborating with development to design, implement, test, refine and deploy new features, and working companywide to assure successful launches and growth of the product line.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain an effective level of understanding of the tasks and challenges of Accounting departments at mid-market and larger companies
- Defines Market & Competitive environment, customer outcomes, and target segments for next quarter’s roadmap
- Generate new product feature enhancements that improve user experience and drive growth
- Understand and translate product strategy into requirements and wireframes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Establishes and measures success criteria for roadmap and features
- Establishes plans to improve product metrics, and quantifies roadmap/feature impact
- Leads Product, Design & Engineering teams in early ideation for future roadmap items
- Clearly communicates use cases, customer value, and impact to FloQast for features being delivered
- Engages directly with customers to gather feedback and validate ideas
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders including Design, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to ensure success
- Assists with GTM activities, and consistently launches/releases successful Tier 3 and 4 functionality that have measurable business/customer impactful launches
- Work closely with UX designers to research, define, and test next generation experiences that increase the adoption of the products, improve conversion of new customers, and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate daily with the Development team to ensure projects are clearly defined and properly phased to facilitate timely delivery of functionality.
- Manage resolution of urgent technical issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders
- Manages teams’ day-to-day priorities/backlog
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior work experience in Product Management for a b2b SaaS company is preferred
- Solid technical aptitude with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at prioritization and managing multiple competing priorities
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Can meaningfully influence pod members and fellow pod leads to change collectively for the better
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Can think strategically about a subset of a bigger picture, boil strategy down to granular objectives and objectives into tactics.
- Ability to boil moderately complex topics down to somewhat human understandable ways
- Demonstrated ability to boldly drive forward independently without the need for constant supervision or prodding
- Experience in accounting is a plus!
