Who You Are:

You are someone with both deep product knowledge and vast industry experience. You have a firm understanding of the challenges HighLevel customers face, across the different customer avatars and industries. As Product Developer, you will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing and other members of the Product Marketing and Product teams to architect and create help docs, playbooks, courses, “business in a box” offerings, and other helpful content.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying gaps and challenges our customers face, across different User avatars.
  • Brainstorm and outline educational products to fill those gaps.
  • Script, record, and produce content.
  • Build out workflows to distribute educational products to our users.
  • Build out structures to measure the effectiveness of the educational products.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team that delivers positive contributions to the company.
  • Measure and report on KPI’s around training activities (online content engagement, ticket deflection, etc).
  • Ensure processes are in place to keep content updated and relevant.


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with HighLevel.
  • Proven track record of educational content.
  • Experience with content creation tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to successfully deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience measuring progress against goals, monitoring results, and taking corrective action to ensure goals are met.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing a team of high-performing, passionate professionals.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and self-assured.
