Hey Frankie is a performance-based e-commerce marketing agency specializing in customer acquisition and revenue optimization. We are looking for a rockstar Paid Social Media Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and manage client ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest from conception to creative to execution to analysis.
• We’re big on creating wins for our clients, so you’ll be continuously measuring and optimizing campaigns. You’ll also be expected to propose future tests to help elevate campaigns to an even higher level.
• Clients routinely provide us with goals to hit. You’ll develop marketing strategies and plans to help them exceed those goals.
• Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
• Constantly be curious about ad platform changes with a goal of keeping our clients ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Three or more years of Facebook advertising experience and exposure to managing six+ figure budgets.
• You’ll get bonus points if you have agency experience working on ecommerce accounts.
• Two or more years of managing your own clients/accounts would be ideal.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
• You have great writing, creative, and general communication skills.
• You have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• The idea of losing a client pains you and the idea of exceeding their expectations thrills you.
