As the world of Paid Social has evolved, it has moved from being considered one of those specialty services toward a fundamental aspect of our digital activation strategy. Our Paid Social Specialist will work with their planning counterparts to create and execute paid social campaigns that support our client’s overall marketing objectives. This position will report to the Paid Social Lead.

You’ll need to excel in day-to-day execution with proficiency working in social media and reporting.
Your responsibilities (Social Expert):
- Responsible for the execution, performance, and reporting of the paid social campaigns for your clients across multiple platforms: Meta, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Youtube, etc.
- Support the Paid Social Lead in their execution and creation of client strategies.
- Interface with the clients you support while balancing their objectives and paid social media best practices.
- Understand the clients’ products, marketing objectives, and goals and translate them into actionable steps and platform setups for client campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on critical client metrics
- Deliver monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis, and keep clients updated on account status.
- Stay current on industry trends and standard methodologies, focusing on how innovations and changes can improve account offerings and processes.
- Coordinate assets and tags with vendors and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively managing campaign execution.
- Manage campaign set-up, client pacing & optimization strategy
- Oversee client pacing & performance across the digital media portfolio
- Media planning based on brief parameters and media strategy
- Proactively working with media planners and leads on campaign set-up and optimization strategy
You’ll have:
- Functional Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience working in the social media buying & planning space with a focus on paid social strategy and execution.
- You’ll be a true cross-channel social marketer with hands-on experience planning/buying across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and/or Snapchat Ads Manager.
- You’ll be able to maintain all technical aspects of all platforms and be a resource for clients and internal audiences.
- You’ll have experience across awareness and conversion campaigns, primarily with an understanding of the technical needs and best practices across multiple objectives.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is highly desired.
- Demonstrate the ability to use paid media strategy to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives.
- Strong skills in Keynote, Excel, Google Slides, and Docs.

- Excellent verbal and written skills, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail

Work environment:
- This is a full-time position and employees must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, in Mountain Time. Occasional travel or evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Compensation:
$55-75K annual salary dependent on experience. Benefits include no preset limits on Paid Time Off, paid parental leave, 401k + 3% SafeHarbor contribution, monthly Health & Happiness stipend, Work From Home reimbursement program, wellness education, profit sharing, and more.
