Meshcapade is the 3D digital human company. We are creating realistic human avatars for use in apparel, games, fitness, AI, and augmented reality. Using machine learning and computer vision, we model the nuances of human body shape and movement. We automatically convert photos, 3D & 4D scans, RGB-D sequences, Mocap and even words into realistic 3D humans. We are a spin-off from the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in Tübingen, Germany and our products are powered by state of the art, patented research. Our core product, Meshcapade Me, is an online platform for the creation, animation, and use of 3D digital humans. Our clients run the gamut of global names; a broad mix of tech, media, health and fitness, apparel, and education.
As an ML Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining pipelines for collecting, generating, and managing data for use in training the computer vision models powering our platform. You will play a key role in making sure our core product continues to evolve and improve.
What you will be doing:
- Design, build and maintain batch or real-time data pipelines in production
- Automate data workflows such as data ingestion, annotation, and versioning
- Collect and prepare internal and external datasets for model training, validation, and benchmarking at scale
- Work alongside our ML team and stakeholders to deploy machine learning models in production
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control procedures.
- Monitor data systems performance and implement optimization strategies
Who you are:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of Python or other modern programming language development experience
- 4+ years of MLOps experience
- 5+ years experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance
- 3+ years experience with Data Modeling
- Minimum 5 years experience of data engineering along with a good understanding of designing a data architecture within a scaling business
- Experience with building and deploying machine learning models in production
- 4+ years of industry experience with cloud-based services, e.g AWS, Azure or Google
- Great communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency with at least 1 ML framework Tensorflow or PyTorch
- Experience designing and implementing real-time pipelines
- Experience with data quality and validation
