Join our team as a motivated Mid-Level Business Analyst, supporting the CEO and executive team with data analysis, presentation preparation, and insightful decision-making. Pay: $65k-$75k with bonus
- Support the CEO and executive team by providing data analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct research and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Compile and prepare presentations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to assist in key decision-making processes.
- Develop comprehensive data sheets and reports that provide accurate and meaningful information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in developing mini-department business plans to align with overall company goals.
- Analyze performance metrics by department, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Interpret data related to global acquisition targets, assessing financial viability and potential risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data analysis techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or financial setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify key insights.
- Proficient in data visualization and presentation tools to create impactful presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis.
- Remote work experience is preferred.
