The Opportunity:

As Marketing Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our marketing projects and processes run smoothly and on time and that marketing continues to push the needle in terms of efficiency, progress, and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for the management of our marketing vendors and contracts. This is the perfect role for someone who is process oriented, excels in administrative support, loves marketing, and is excited to be a part of the conversation.

About You

You are passionate about making a difference and having an important role in growth and change. You love processes and have strong experience in overseeing and executing work plans, while also being able to identify areas for improvements. You understand the depth of project management and how to set up projects: from campaigns, to projects, to tasks, in order to achieve success. You are tech-savvy and have hands-on experience of tracking projects via a project management platform, as well as have experience working with marketing technology vendors. You are interested in marketing and would love the opportunity to expand your skillset in the marketing and project management world.

This is a full-time position.


●     Manage the Marketing department’s PM platform to ensure maximum performance.

●     Maintain current processes that ensure best practices in campaigns and lead management while making suggestions for improvement where needed.

●     Analyze project status and, when necessary, work with the project stakeholders to revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

●     Establish and maintain relationships with the entire marketing team, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

●     Manage processes related to external vendors and contractors.

●     Management of technology spending and assisting in sourcing new technology vendors.

●     Involvement in large-scale projects to document and execute scheduling, notes, and next-steps.

●     Various general administrative duties to support the marketing team to include sorting and organizing lists in excel, managing the marketing Sharepoint site, and coordinating with other departments as needed to complete projects.


●     Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator role with the ability to assist with multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

●     Experience using a PM platform such as Robohead, Wrike, Clickup, Monday, etc.

●     Experience in scoping and researching web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability

●     Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers

●     Strong written and verbal communication skills

●     Very strong attention to detail and deadlines

●     Critical thinking skills

●     Comfortable communicating with colleagues across the business and at any level

●     Takes initiative and ownership of projects without a great deal of direction.

●     Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

●     Experience using Hubspot or equivalent marketing automation platform is a plus
