As the first full-time dedicated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels including live, virtual, and digital. You will increase market share and maximize revenue by understanding customer needs and market trends, while managing campaigns and events, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. You will have a big impact on our small team as we work with government agencies, partners, and NGOs in more than a dozen countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, etc.
- Be a good steward of marketing and event budgets, and allocate funds effectively to achieve the best ROI.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Create efficiency by implementing automation of personalized outreach eg drip-campaigns and utilizing AI and other tools to their full potential.
- Protect and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging, imagery, and positioning across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with sales teams, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
- Coordinate work to deliver key events virtually and in person across several regions. This may include speaker management, vendor/venue management, and logistics.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, producing campaigns and partnering with content producers and subject matter experts to ensure a consistent brand presence.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tactics.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and utilize data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and collaborate with various stakeholders and agency partners.
- Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns to capture audience attention
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excitement to interact with a diverse range of people with empathy and professionalism
Desired Experience
Required
3+ years of experience working on a marketing team or solo in a small-medium sized business
Hubspot, Zoom Webinar, Google Suite, and Wordpress, or similar software
Training or hands-on experience with project management fundamentals
A track record of personal development and lifelong learning
Fluent English written and spoken
Preferred
Google Analytics/Ads, Canva, Zapier, Monday.com, and Claude or similar software
An understanding of marketing to government agencies and/or social-good workers
2+ years supporting markets across multiple countries
Experience marketing adult learning/ training
Fluency in multiple languages is helpful
