Latitude is seeking a marketing coordinator to support our growing team in various initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels.


Description

Latitude, a forward-thinking research firm, is seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our marketing efforts while gaining valuable experience and room for growth within the organization. 


The core areas of responsibility will be: 


• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services. 

• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, website images, emails, videos, and other digital content. 

• Support the management of our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement. 

• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. 

• Assist in our market research and analysis projects to help identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. 

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. 

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and optimization. 

• Assist with administrative tasks, including budget tracking, vendor management, and project coordination. 

 

The right candidate will possess: 

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing, analytics). 

• Comfort with CMS systems. 

• HubSpot and Canva experience a plus. 

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. 

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. 

• Comfort and drive to learn new software in a remote environment. 

• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and business needs: One day, we may be working on our CRM; another, we may be casting voice-over talent.

Salary

$55,000 - $70,000 per year
