We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Lead Marketing Copywriter to join our global ed-tech startup as a full-time team member. Our team is international and the main target market, for now, is India.

What you will do:

• Manage a team of 1-4 copywriters
• To build internal processes for the preparation of texts quickly and efficiently
• Be responsible for the main metrics of copywriting
• Create editorial policy
• Participate in the resources held by the team
• Write texts of different formats for advertising campaigns, blog and PR direction

You’ll be a great fit if :

• You have excellent command of the skills of advertising texts, funnel texts, social networks, PR, blog focused on specific results
• You know how to be a mentor for the team. You can build a structural process from scratch
• You know and use content metrics in your work
• You have experience in a similar position at least 1 year
• Creativity, efficiency, discipline, ideality and diligence are your main qualities

Will be a great advantage if you :
