We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global HR Operations team. You will be responsible for managing and executing various HR operations processes, maintaining HR systems, and providing HR support and guidance to employees across the organization.

Requirements

• Foundational (3+ years) experience in HR Operations or related field
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Software proficiency ((Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent English (Busines Level) written and oral

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute HR operations processes, including employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
• Maintain and update HR systems and databases
• Provide HR support and guidance to collaborators regarding HR requests
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Assist in hiring and recruiting
