A few things we’d like to see on your resume…
We find that the most successful people in this role have experience managing HR in a multi-unit setting like retail, call centers or any business where different units run like individual businesses and you had to create strategies for each of them. The right person will be well-versed in California law. They will have at least a few years of experience in several facets of HR: payroll, recruiting, leaves of absence, benefits administration and compliance. Experience maintaining HRIS systems is also a plus. Someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and figure out complex problems.
How we work:
In this role, you will provide HR operations support for 6 to 7 clients across all facets of HR. Your tasks may range from recruiting for multiple positions to managing leave paperwork for employees across different clients—sometimes all in the same day. To ensure we meet our clients’ needs, employees are required to track their time accurately in our time system and hit key metric targets.
What the company provides…
We are a 100% remote (except where client visits dictate), work/life focused team. The nature of our work creates unique learning opportunities for HR professionals that allow for growth and development. Vacation, sick, holiday pay and 401(k) are offered. At this time we offer a QSEHRA in lieu of health benefits.
