We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product development efforts and drive the strategic direction of www.thekrazycouponlady.com. As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, enhancing user experiences, and maximizing the value we provide to our audience. You will build a talented team of product managers and collaborate closely with a highly functional engineering team as well as data scientists and engineers.
As a senior on the team, you hold yourself to a high standard and you help set the bar. You act as a bridge between non-technical teams and tech/data, able to effectively understand business challenges and requirements. Given a nebulous project, you are able to appropriately scope it, find a solution, then execute. Working closely with stakeholders across KCL, you consistently deliver high-quality results, and you are seen as a leader and valuable contributor to major company initiatives.
This is a full-time remote position with a Monday-Friday work week.
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and goals.
- Product Roadmap: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the strategic initiatives, features, and enhancements to be executed over various timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead, hire, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize feature development based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-impact features.
- User-Centered Design: Champion user-centric design principles, working closely with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, content, marketing, and other teams to deliver product initiatives on time and within scope.
- KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and improvements, and make data-driven decisions.
- User Feedback: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, incorporating user insights into product development.
- Monetization Strategies: Develop and optimize monetization strategies in collaboration with revenue teams to drive sustainable growth.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and reliability, working closely with QA teams to maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including executives
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive and innovative.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, user behaviors, and competition, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product in a consumer-facing digital product environment.
- Experience in a leadership role and exceptional team management skills.
- Strong understanding of couponing, affiliate, e-commerce, and online deals industries.
- Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in data analysis tools, Looker is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact products.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong storyteller; exceptional communication and presentation skills.
