Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Group Product Manager that can ’work from anywhere’ in the U.S. As a Group Product Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of product managers to drive the development, launch, and continual improvement of a portfolio of products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep product management experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Individuals in this role will collaborate with our enterprise partners to develop solutions aimed at enhancing the apartment renting process. This role reports to the VP of Product.

The Group Product Manager essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Roles and responsibilities

Oversee the end to end product development process, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
Advocate for the customer by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and incorporating user insights into product decisions.
Define and analyze critical data serving as the primary source of analytics insight within your product area.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights that drive product development
Stay up to date on multifamily industry trends and competitive landscape to identify sustainable advantages, while maintaining curiosity across various product domains.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the creation and development of strategies across teams and product roadmaps
Ability to align R&D teams with the broader organization.
Facilitate the exploration of complex concepts by breaking processes into manageable steps and engaging stakeholders as needed.
Drive faster learning and share insights across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to independently craft the GTM strategy for major product releases by defining onboarding and support strategies in collaboration with launch stakeholders
Lead, Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation by providing guidance and oversight to ensure their effective performance.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team , and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Provide support in team professional development initiatives.
Travel up to 5% of the time.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion

Education, Work Experience, and Certifications

Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing and launching successful products.
Strong understanding of multifamily industry trends
Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driver decision making
Strong customer focus and ability to empathize with users
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions with incomplete information
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
