We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to collaborate with our Brand Director in crafting compelling digital assets that resonate with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design aesthetics, a strong understanding of branding, and a creative mindset to produce engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Static Ad Creatives: Design captivating static advertisements for online campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement.
- Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate key messages and align with the brand’s identity.
- Social Media Designs: Produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) that engage our audience and align with our brand voice.
- YouTube Thumbnails: Create eye-catching and clickable thumbnails that effectively represent video content and attract viewers’ attention.
- Other Digital Creative Assets: Collaborate on various digital assets such as website graphics, email templates, online banners, and other promotional materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects including YouTube thumbnails, static ads, presentation designs, and social media content.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Brand Director and other team members, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Salary
$50,000 - $70,000 per year
