We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Full Stack Web Developer to join our very inventive marketing team that plays a crucial role in the growth of Copper. We are a fun, down-to-earth, rosy brand that likes to provide insightful, thought-provoking content to educate, inspire, and to help Google Workspace-run organizations create enduring businesses by building authentic relationships for life.
As a Web Developer you will develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve all aspects of our website (copper.com). You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to manage web projects, tasks and deadlines. You’ll also be a key player in researching and proposing new technologies and approaches to improve code efficiency and the overall quality of our website.
What you’ll do …
- Understand our product, culture and brand; help us tell a coherent, compelling story through vibrant, impactful web implementation
- Develop and deploy website updates and new pages
- Collaborate with design team to integrate frontend with backend
- Update website functionality
- Integrate marketing and CRM tools into website (analytics, marketing, automation, forms etc.)
- Work on website script optimization and page speeds
What you’ll have …
- Deep comprehension of web technologies, standards, optimizing performance and ensuring accessibility
- Embrace design-driven development ethos, acknowledging the importance of implementation intricacies
- Proficient in time management, adept at interpersonal communication, and skilled in collaboration
- Capable of offering and assimilating constructive feedback while demonstrating autonomy at work
- Proven track record in crafting and promoting compelling interactive experiences
- Proficiency in integrating micro animations and interactive graphics
- Experience crafting visual material for intricate SaaS technology solutions within B2B or enterprise tech
- Experience in upholding and streamlining adherence to brand guidelines
What your tech chops look like …
- Strong experience in developing web applications with React, Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of modern CMS tools (bonus if you have experience with Craft CMS)
- Experience with PHP backend programming and MySQL database management system
- Experience with source code management (GitHub - creating, storing, managing, testing and deployment)
