About This Opportunity

Hapn is in search of a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a relentless drive and a keen sense of competitiveness to join our sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in closing complex, enterprise-level deals and driving significant revenue growth for the company.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience and consultative selling approach to engage with key decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate the value of Hapn’s innovative solutions. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing high-impact deals.


How You’ll Help Us Succeed

Success in this role depends on being self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. Your knack for swiftly evaluating opportunities and meticulously tracking them within our CRM system will be instrumental to your success. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and successful sales process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to deeply understand their objectives, pain points, operational processes, and areas ripe for enhancement.
  • Leveraging industry expertise in a consultative manner to engage clients in discussions centered around optimizing business outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities and pain areas within a client’s business landscape, and igniting interest in our solutions by showcasing their potential to address business challenges effectively.
  • Leading discovery meetings to delve deeper into a prospect’s business dynamics and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and harnessing automation tools within our CRM platform, HubSpot, to streamline workflows.
  • Participating in industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and build a strong network.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in selling to enterprise-level companies, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures and engaging with high-level decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals within the construction equipment rental vertical is a plus.
  • Demonstrate exemplary questioning and qualification skills, backed by a track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Prior experience in recommending and selling new products and services to enterprise clients is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in adopting a consultative approach to uncovering client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by juggling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Innate organizational skills, self-motivation, and an unwavering determination to succeed.
  • Experience with HubSpot is considered a plus.

Base salary range is $90k-100k based on geography & experience, with an OTE of $200k.
