As a Lead Marketing Strategist, you will be the driving force behind client lead generation strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include leading meetings with client stakeholders, advising and choosing the campaign strategy, overseeing implementation with the account manager, and applying your business acumen to ensure client success. This leadership role is integral and the successful candidate will be a key player on our team.
You will step into a well-defined process with dozens of live client accounts and campaigns. You’ll apply your business acumen and strategic thinking to tweak and adjust current strategies, as needed.
Additionally, you will drive process development to build out new services and features in the lead generation department.
Client Communications & Meeting Facilitation: Meet with clients and stakeholders to facilitate campaign strategy and gain alignment.
Client Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring their marketing goals are met and exceeded.
Outbound Strategy Direction: Owns outbound campaign strategy. Defines outbound best practices. Helps with problem solving.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support a team of lead generation specialists. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve our lead generation efforts.
Lead Generation Process Development: Develop new marketing strategies and build new marketing services.
- 3+ years of experience with outbound lead generation, email marketing.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and big picture thinking.
- Proven success in managing client accounts and directing marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills and a driven personality.
- Ability to lead client meetings and gain alignment with stakeholders.
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment and agency environment are a plus.

Salary range: $55,000 - $72,000 per year
