NMI is seeking an email marketing specialist, and Pardot Specialist, to join our team. In this role, you will lead the execution and optimization of Pardot across the marketing team. In addition, you will act as a subject matter expert, advising team members in Pardot best practices and helping to build a vision for the usage of Pardot.   • Administrator for the Pardot email marketing automation platform 
  • Support the marketing team with planning and executing campaign elements - email, landing page, and distribution lists. 
  • Building email nurturing, demand generation and ABM multi-programs 
  • Deliver marketing assets including email templates, forms, and landing pages
  • Provide feedback and input on best-practices to improve overall positioning, messaging, storytelling, and strategic plans.
  • Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and recommend data-based adjustments. 
  • Establish and exceed campaign performance metrics such as open, click-through, and conversion rates. 
  • Promote demand generation campaigns, branded content, webinars, events to customers and key target personas 
  • Grow database organically with the intent of converting prospects into MQLs for SDRs.


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce
  • Experience the Pardot email automation platform 
  • Experience creating emails, landing pages, complex workflows in engagement studio, and lead scoring
  • Experience in B2B marketing (agency or client side)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager
  • Creating and using iFrame embeds, form handlers, and JavaScript
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent work experience.

  • Able to plan and complete tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organized and process oriented; able to deliver and follow through on deadlines
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly. 
  • Knowledge and previous use Account-Based Marketing technology stacks 
  • Can drive results, and will possess, a strong understanding of best practices across email marketing channels and technologies, and a keen eye for design.
