The Role:

As an Editor/Motion Graphics Designer at Accomplishr, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that enhances the user experience and supports our marketing efforts. You will:

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video content for various platforms, including web, social media, and presentations.
Edit video footage to create compelling and polished videos that align with Accomplishr’s brand and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute visual projects.
Ensure all video and motion graphic content is consistent with our brand guidelines and meets project requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall visual strategy of the company.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D).
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
