We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Process and Systems to join our leadership team and help us reach our goal of $20MM in annual revenue by 2025

Your mission -- should you choose to accept it -- is to...

Lead efforts to maximize profitability and improve organizational efficiency by managing the company’s processes and systems, including our database (CRM) and project management tools, to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information to the appropriate stakeholders at the right time.
Manage our Keap CRM marketing automation with particular emphasis on list hygiene, segmentation, capturing contact variables and deliverability - you will oversee everything that goes out of our LYM door so that we can maximize our open rates
Inform, advise and issue recommendations regarding compliance with data protection laws including GDPR, and Company policies and guidelines with respect to data protection
Manage and maintain the company’s technology stack, including both the software and hardware, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Develop long-term process and systems strategies to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place to enhance optimal productivity and performance.
Be responsible for developing and managing Executive dashboards using software such as Monday.com, Google Data Studio, and Keap in support of our marketing and business efforts.
Support team members to initiate our two major launches each year (Experience Product Masterclass and Live Your Message Live) and other major project planning by building out project management boards from charters through to defining the RACI and accountability of board use.
Report to our Chief Operating Officer; you will work alongside our Marketing, Agency, Fulfillment, Human Resources and Customer Success departments to plan and build out departmental projects. You will have a small team reporting to you, you are a “hands- on” leader that is highly involved in the day-to-day activities.

About You:

You are a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about excellence and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You are excited to collaborate with a team of high-performers who share your dedication to delivering outstanding results for our students
You have strong experience (3+ years) in a purpose-driven online education company with a broad range of experience in leading operations, strategy, organizational & project management and data analysis
You have 3+ years working with Keap (Infusionsoft) and the ability to build complex reports and extract data from Keap. Building Zapier integrations between Keap and a software stack brings you joy!
Ability to conduct data analysis and display results to management in a streamlined and easily accessible format
You are a Certified Digital Project Manager with 3+ years experience
You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who has demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions. Technical troubleshooting comes easy to you, you love collaborating with strong personalities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus Points:

Experience working with Traction by Gino Wickman (Scaling Up or E-Myth also helpful)
Digital marketing experience in the Online Education field supporting a company at the scale phase - growing from $8M to $20M+

The Deets:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100k-$120k with benefits (however we are open to discussing options with a highly qualified Fractional Director). Besides our awesome team, Live Your Message offers some great perks for its employees such as:

The role is also 100% virtual, but you need to be available to work during “normal business hours” (approximately 9am to 6pm Pacific time, give or take two hours) regardless of the time zone you live in. Some weekend and night work will be required during events and launch activities. And, having a reliable up-to-date computer is a must!
