We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager that can successfully manage the execution, and results of our external campaigns in collaboration with various departments, from development to optimization. Requirements
Primary Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Analyst:
- Design an implement HubSpot workflows that align with our current and future goals
- Develop HubSpot campaigns and landing pages that translate to leads and quantifiable conversions
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues internally and externally for Nonstop HubSpot and Salesforce instances
- Create and administer lead-generation campaigns on digital ad platforms
- Manage broker and employer-focused content assets including email campaigns, landing pages, shorts, reels, and videos on our digital platform in collaboration with leadership
- Assess go-to-market tactics and assist in the creation of product narrative by micro-segment
- Monitor task completion and regularly reports status material and brand management.
- Identify at-risk tasks, process improvement, and strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Build custom HubSpot templates
- Develop custom modules, dashboards, workflows, marketing automation processes, and integrations
- Curate content as needed
- Consistently improve HubSpot user experience of workflows and processes
- Deploy and analyze campaign performance
- Support team members on the functionality of HubSpot
- Participate and eventually lead internal meetings to explain or review HubSpot CMS, and custom integrations
- Manage and optimize small to mid-size campaigns that encompass a variety of segments and ad formats
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 3 to 5 years of direct professional experience
- HubSpot Administration and deployment experience required
- Some experience analyzing split or A/B testing
- SEO/SEM optimization knowledge
- Salesforce profieciecy
- Experience building trust and professionally communicating with members
- Comfort working with Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, and Google tools and products, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to remain up to date on current HubSpot features and best practices
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and other applicable web systems/tools
- API and data mapping experience
- Detail-oriented, responsive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects at one time
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and remotely

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
