We are looking for an exceptional digital marketer to help us write the next chapters of growth at Human Made and Altis (and the enterprise WordPress ecosystem more widely).

The ideal candidate will bring significant hands-on digital marketing experience, a love of data, experience with account-based marketing, and a record of exceeding growth targets. We’re looking for someone that’s able to make a difference, boost our lead and demand generation performance, and own the process of devising and launching digital campaigns to fuel our continued growth.

This commercially-focused role assumes responsibility for activity and growth across our digital footprint. As such, experience with Hubspot is essential, and a demonstrable track-record of executing successful marketing campaigns - ideally in the B2B tech space - is also required.

We’re a fully-remote, globally distributed company, working with clients around the world. To ensure alignment with the rest of the marketing team, we’re ideally looking for applicants based within two-hours of GMT.


  • Use Hubspot to build and launch marketing campaign activity
  • Carry out ABM activity to support our targeted growth
  • Support the sales team with account-specific content and activity to advance pipeline and close deals
  • Drive inbound enquiries
  • Report on campaign and website performance
  • Iterate and improve performance over time
  • Work with the wider marketing and commercial team to drive value for our clients and the business
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure our brand messaging continues to resonate with target markets


  • MQLs
  • MQL/SQL rate
  • Key interactions with ICP targets
  • Account pipeline progression


  • Experience with marketing automation and content marketing tools (ideally Hubspot)
  • The ability to make things happen - we’re looking for someone that can strategise, execute and iterate to help achieve our growth goals
  • Vision and passion for the tech space, and our place in it
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication
  • An up to date knowledge of digital marketing strategies
  • A data-first approach, familiarity with analytics tools
  • Experience working in B2B tech (WordPress industry experience an advantage)
